Firstly, they can opt for a printable version of the application form, easily accessible for download by clicking on the printable application button below. Once completed, the form can be scanned and emailed directly to our dedicated team at admin@yukonfarmschool.com.
Alternatively, for a streamlined experience, they can utilize the provided link to our Google Forms School Referral Form, accessible online. This digital form ensures ease of completion and submission, offering a hassle-free avenue for initiating the enrollment process. In additon to our online Referral Form we also have an About Me form to be completed by the student with the required supports or by an individual within the school who has a close relationship with the student.
